Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) seeks a Locums General Medical Oncologist with a strong GI Oncology focus to provide outpatient care in Massachusetts. This long-term locums role is anticipated for 1 year with potential extension.

The physician will cover two outpatient locations in Fitchburg and Worcester. Local candidates preferred; travel may be considered for consistent coverage. Start ASAP; 40 hours/week; 8 clinic sessions daily; Epic EMR; bone marrow biopsy experience

Qualifications

• MD or DO with fellowship in Hematology/Oncology
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
• Active Massachusetts medical license
• DEA and CSR required
• GI Oncology experience preferred
• Bone marrow biopsy experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient general medical oncology coverage with a GI oncology focus in MA.
• Cover two outpatient locations in Fitchburg and Worcester; travel allowed for consistent coverage if needed.
• Start ASAP with a 1-year assignment and potential extension.
• Clinic schedule: 40 hours per week, 8 clinic sessions per day, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.
• EMR: Epic; APP and RN navigator support; clinic director on site.

The ideal candidate will be able to provide coverage across twooutpatient oncology locations in Fitchburg and Worcester, Massachusetts.Local candidates are preferred, but travel candidates may be considered if theycan provide consistent coverage.

Compensation:$450 PerHour
