Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking a Locums Occupational Therapist to join a team serving adults in a residential setting in Lander, Wyoming.

You will perform comprehensive OT evaluations and deliver treatments geared toward functional independence and community living. The role requires licensure in Wyoming, BLS certification, and experience with complex behavioral, neurological, or cognitive conditions.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist
• Active or eligible Wyoming OT license
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
• BLS certification
• Adult patient experience required
• Experience with complex behavioral, neurological, or cognitive conditions preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform initial, quarterly, and annual OT evaluations as needed
• Provide therapeutic treatments and activities
• Develop interventions focused on functional skills, independence, and community living
• Evaluate and recommend adaptive/assistive equipment
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and care planning
• Collaborate with medical providers, families, case managers, and direct-care staff
• Educate and train staff on therapeutic interventions, care plans, and equipment
• Complete timely and accurate documentation
• Collaborate with PT, Speech Therapy, Recreation and other Allied Health professionals

PositionDetails

• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Hours: Flexible based on provideravailability and facility needs
• Schedule Options: 5×8s, 4×10s, or 4.5×9s
• Coverage required Monday–Friday
• Adult patient population, ages 18+

Responsibilities
