Wyoming Life Resource Center in Lander, WY, seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide OT services to residents in an ICF and SNF setting. This role covers evaluations, treatment planning, and program development within a collaborative care model.
Responsibilities include team participation, development of interventions for daily living, work, and leisure activities, and coordination with the TE Shop for equipment needs. Eligible Wyoming licensure required.
This position provides Occupational Therapy services to residents of the Wyoming Life Resource Center in Lander. We have had exciting changes happen at our new facility! WLRC currently serves Wyoming residents in an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) and a newly constructed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). We have also adopted the Green House model of care.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:**
Bachelor's Degree (typically in Occupational Therapy)
0-3 years of progressive work experience (typically in Occupational Therapy)
Licensure or eligible for licensure in the State of Wyoming as an Occupational Therapist.
