Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) seeks a Locums OB/GYN Physician to provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care in Martinsburg, West Virginia. Join a well-established facility with strong clinical support and an established patient population.

Responsibilities include obstetric and gynecologic care, procedures, and coordination with a multidisciplinary team. Active WV license and DEA registration are preferred; board eligibility/certification required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Active West Virginia medical license or ability to obtain.
• Current DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric care, including prenatal, labor and delivery, and postpartum management.
• Perform routine and preventive gynecologic care, including annual exams, screenings, and treatment of common gynecologic conditions.
• Perform gynecologic procedures and surgeries within the scope of privileges.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a wide range of women's health conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and specialists to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients on preventive health, family planning, and treatment options.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EMR.
