Job Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive urgent care services.
• Treat both adult and pediatric patients ages 6 months and up.
• Perform minor procedures including I&D, laceration repair, ear irrigation, and other urgent care procedures.
• Work as the sole provider in the center with support staff (Center Manager, MA, PSA).
• Utilize Epic EMR system for all patient visits – proficiency with Epic required.
• Complete required Epic training and onboarding prior to first solo shift.
• Board certification required (MD, PA-NCCPA, or NP Boards).
• Minimum 12 months of urgent care experience required (new graduates not considered).
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills for effective patient and staff interactions.
• BLS certification required.
• No call requirements.
• APPs will have supervising physician available offsite.

Compensation

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included – $100-110 with mileage reimbursement.
