Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare seeks an Interventional Radiology specialist for a California assignment. The position covers both outpatient and inpatient care, with admissions and rounding included, performing vascular and non-vascular procedures.

Procedures include embolizations, angiograms, thrombolysis, and IVC filter placements/removals; reading diagnostic cases between procedures is preferred. No on-call required, with paid malpractice insurance and pre-paid travel and housing.

Qualifications

• Experience performing interventional radiology procedures.
• Ability to read diagnostic cases between procedures preferred.
• No on-call requirement; travel and housing expenses paid.

Responsibilities

• Provide both outpatient and inpatient care with admissions and rounding.
• Perform embolizations, angiograms, thrombolysis, and IVC filter placements/removals.
• Interpret diagnostic studies between procedures when needed.
• Coordinate with Weatherby for assignment details and time entry.
