Qualifications

• Board-certified in hematology and medical oncology or board-eligible in medical oncology.
• Active Oregon medical license required.
• Completion of residency and fellowship training in relevant fields.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient hematology and oncology consultations and ongoing patient management.
• Direct and oversee the hospital-based outpatient chemotherapy program.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans for hematologic disorders and malignancies.
• Perform bone marrow biopsies.
• Monitor treatment response and manage side effects.
• Coordinate care with nursing staff and oncology teams and ensure accurate documentation in EMR.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in eClinicalWorks and Meditech.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Board-Certifiedin Hematology and Board-Certified in Medical Oncology, or Board-Eligiblein Medical Oncology
• Board-Eligiblecandidates must have completed residency within the past 0–5 years
• Active Oregonmedical license required
• Current BLScertification required
• Completion ofthe appropriate residency and fellowship training
