Job summary

Adelphi Medical Staffing seeks a Hematology/Oncology physician for outpatient care in Pendleton, OR. This locum-tenens assignment covers Jan 01, 2027 and ongoing, with a Mon–Thu, 8a–5p schedule and hospital-based outpatient responsibilities.

Provide direct patient care, oversee chemotherapy program direction, perform bone marrow biopsies, and manage 1–3 outpatient consults weekly, collaborating with ARNPs and nurses.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Medical Oncology or Truly Board Eligible (0-5 years); Board Certified Hematology highly preferred.
• Active OR license (preferred; IMLC accepted; during credentialing).
• Active DEA certification (required during credentialing).
• BLS certification required.
• Post-residency experience preferred (0-5 years).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct hospital-based outpatient care to hematology/oncology patients.
• Serve as chemotherapy program director/provider.
• Perform bone marrow biopsies.
• Manage outpatient consults (1–3 per week).
• Collaborate with ARNPs and nurses.
