Job summary

Odyssey Locums is seeking CRNAs for per diem shifts in North Carolina with premium hourly pay and flexible scheduling. The assignment includes call coverage, 6/15/2026 to 11/30/2026, and support from a dedicated recruiter and credentialing team.

Expect a high-volume facility with OB deliveries, general and regional cases, and a 3:1 CRNA:MD ratio. Housing and travel are paid. NC license or IMLC is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active CRNA license in NC or IMLC processing ability.
• Willingness to per diem with call shifts.
• Experience with general, OB, regional anesthesia.

Responsibilities

• Per diem CRNAs with mostly call shifts and some day shifts.
• Take on-call responsibilities; function as solo provider during calls.
• Collaborate with hospital team including MDs and other CRNAs.

The Role:

CRNA needed in North Carolina

• 1-2 CRNAs to work per diem, mostly call shifts and occasional day shifts.
• Must have an active NC license or IMLC allowing faster NC license processing.
• 30-45 days to priv, temps available with clean file.
• Assignment duration: 6/15/2026 - 11/30/2026
• Call: Unrestricted beeper call 5pm - 7am Monday - Friday and 7am - 7am Saturday - Sunday. CRNAs take call 1 every 4 nights as primary or secondary. Call is required. When on call, you will function as a solo provider without the supervision of an anesthesiologist. Intensity: greater than 50% callback rate when on primary call.
• Cases: General, OB (~200 deliveries/year), regional anesthesia, epidural placements, and add-on cases.
• Hospital Support Staff: 1 MD + 3 CRNAs in house daily; Care team model.
• CRNA to MD ratio: 3:1
• Orientation: On-site for the first few scheduled days.
