Odyssey Locums is hiring CRNAs for locum tenens assignments across the United States, including Pennsylvania. The role supports a flexible schedule with premium pay and comprehensive credentialing assistance.

You will work with experienced recruiters to ensure a smooth, provider-first experience and competitive compensation. Assignments include 12-week duration, with shifts across standard daytime hours, Epic charting, and MD supervision to maintain high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Experience providing anesthesia care as a CRNA in varied cases.
• Ability to manage anesthesia caseload and multitask in a high-volume setting.
• Collaborate with MDs and surgical teams to ensure patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide CRNA-led anesthesia care under MD supervision.
• Participate in preop assessments and post-op recovery.
• Coordinate with surgical teams to optimize patient flow.

The Role:

• Assignment duration: 12 weeks
• Shift Type: 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM; Shift lengths: 8, 10, 11, 12 hours. Regular Hours: Required.
• Cases: General; Cardiac; Neuro; Ortho; Urology; Endoscopy; Vascular; Bariatrics; OB/Gyn; Plastics
• OT: Not expected.
• Site Charting System: Epic.
• Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 32
• Are MDs supervising CRNAs: Yes
• What is the CRNA to MD ratio: 4 to 1
• Are MDs doing their own cases: Yes
• Willing to accept candidates that need to obtain state license: No
• Credentialing Timeframe: 75 days
