Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking a physician to provide inpatient and outpatient coverage for adult patients, with a preference for pediatric cases. The provider will manage scheduled clinical hours and participate in beeper call with a 30-60 minute response time, handling various surgical and medical procedures.

The role includes performing laparoscopic surgeries, managing ventilation and line insertions, and maintaining hospital privileges.

Qualifications

• Pediatric surgery and trauma experience preferred.
• Ability to respond promptly to beeper call.
• Competence in surgical procedures and patient management.
• Licensed to practice in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform laparoscopic surgeries including appendectomy, cholecystectomy, and liver surgeries.
• Manage ventilation, chest tubes, and central line insertions.
• Provide adult patient care, with optional pediatric and trauma experience preferred.
• Maintain hospital privileges and adhere to clinical protocols.
• Participate in call coverage as required.
