Live Well Homecare is seeking a General Surgeon to handle inpatient and outpatient care, including trauma, pediatric, and adult cases. The role involves on‑call shifts, performing laparoscopic surgeries, GI endoscopy, and other general procedures while managing admissions and rounds.

Role

General Surgeon with experience in inpatient and outpatient care, including trauma, pediatric, and adult cases.

Responsibilities

• 10 on-call shifts per month, including clinic and elective cases, and perform procedures such as laparoscopic surgeries (appendectomy, cholecystectomy, hernioplasty), GI endoscopy (upper, lower, sigmoidoscopy), and general surgeries.
• Admit patients, perform rounds, and manage hospital privileges.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven hospital privileges, proficiency in general, laparoscopic, and GI procedures, with preferred skills in chest wall, breast, hand surgery, and ventilation management. Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.

Key Duties

Provide comprehensive surgical care, including admissions, rounding, and elective procedures, with a focus on patient safety and quality care. Maintain compliance with hospital policies.
