Orthopedic surgery opportunity for a high-demand, hospital-employed role in Athens, Ohio. This opportunity blends surgical volume, modern resources, and work-life balance. • Up to $80,000 in student loan repayment or retention bonus options
• $50,000 regional premium + up to $50,000 quality bonus

• Immediate volume with 10,500 RVUs per provider annually
• Predictable Monday-Friday schedule with dedicated OR time
• 1:2 call rotation, primarily phone-based, with limited trauma
