Job summary

Hawaii Permanente Medical Group in Honolulu seeks an experienced Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join its Continuing Care Department at Kaiser Moanalua Medical Center, a tertiary care center located five miles from downtown Honolulu.

You will provide care across post-acute, hospice and palliative settings, with a collaborative team and flexible schedule designed to support work-life balance in a tropical setting.

Qualifications

• BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Board certification or clinical experience in Hospice and Palliative Care preferred
• 5 years of experience preferred
