The Hawaii Permanente Medical Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced physician to join its Continuing Care Department at Kaiser Permanente Moanalua Medical Center, Honolulu.

The role covers inpatient and outpatient palliative care and hospice, with a multidisciplinary team and flexible scheduling to support work-life balance. Board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine is preferred, with strong experience in palliative/hospice settings.

Qualifications

• BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Board certification in Hospice and Palliative Care preferred.
• Experience in palliative/hospice settings is valued.
