Job summary

CompHealth is seeking a locum psychiatrist for an Indiana facility in Fort Wayne, with a starting date imminent. The assignment is hospital-based and 100% inpatient, located in Fort Wayne, IN.

The clinician will treat 16–20 patients daily, supervise residents, and sign off notes for one APP on shift. Involuntary commitments, seclusion therapy, and restraint application are required. Pharmacotherapy and group/family therapy participation are preferred.

Qualifications

• Inpatient psychiatry experience in a hospital setting is required.
• Ability to supervise residents and sign off notes for one APP on shift.
• Experience with involuntary commitments, seclusion therapy, and restraint application.

Responsibilities

• Hospital-based inpatient practice with 100% inpatient focus.
• Manage a caseload of 16–20 patients per day.
