Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a psychiatry locum to cover an inpatient acute psychiatric unit in Bangor, ME. The assignment is a 4-month engagement with scheduled clinical hours and a caseload of 10–12 patients per shift.

The role requires experience with anxiety, affective, psychotic, and personality disorders, and familiarity with seclusion and restraint procedures. Weatherby pre-pays travel and housing and provides malpractice coverage, with 24-hour consultant support.

• Manage in-patient psychiatric care within an acute unit.
