Job summary

CompHealth in the United States is seeking a psychiatry locum to support an adult inpatient unit in Baltimore. You will provide clinical coverage, round on weekdays, manage admissions, and collaborate with hospital staff while ensuring patient safety.

We arrange housing, travel, malpractice coverage and handle credentialing and privileging. Our recruiters coordinate every detail, and pay is issued weekly with competitive rates.

Qualifications

• Board certification required.
• Hospital privileges required.
• Experience in adult inpatient psychiatry desirable.
• Commitment to weekend and holiday coverage.

Responsibilities

• Mon - Fri, 8 am - 5 pm rounding with 5 pm - 8 am call.
• Approximately 11 patients per day.
• Adult inpatient psychiatry unit.
• One weekend required per month.
• Holidays required.
