Requirements: North Memorial Health is seeking Locum to Perm Non-Invasive Cardiologist.
Practice Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient
Reason for Coverage: Growth of clinical services and provider departures
Dates of Coverage: As soon as credentialed
Call Schedule: Q7
Call Ratio: Q7
Average Number of Clinic Patients Per Day: 12-14
Average Number of Inpatient Admissions Per Physician Per Day: Not responsible for direct admissions; hospitalists will handle admissions
Consults Per Day: 5-10
Trauma Level/Designation: Level 1
Number of Cardiologists in Group: 17
Will Other Cardiologists be Present During Coverage? Yes
Will the Locum Physician be Required to Supervise Other Health Care Providers? APPs will support rounding and will need supervision, also supervise stress tests and cardiac rehab as needed.
Patient Age Demographic: Adult
Documentation System/EMR: Epic
Credentialing timeframe: ~90-120 days
Procedures Required: Echocardiography, Transesophageal Echocardiography, Electrical Cardioversions, Electrocardiograms (EKGs), Treadmill Stress Tests, Chemical Stress Tests
