Requirements:
North Memorial Health is seeking Locum to Perm Non-Invasive Cardiologist.
Practice Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient
Reason for Coverage: Growth of clinical services and provider departures
Dates of Coverage: As soon as credentialed
Call Schedule: Q7
Call Ratio: Q7
Average Number of Clinic Patients Per Day: 12-14
Average Number of Inpatient Admissions Per Physician Per Day: Not responsible for direct admissions; hospitalists will handle admissions 5-10 consults per day
Trauma Level/Designation: Level 1
Number of Cardiologists in Group: 17
Will Other Cardiologists be Present During Coverage? Yes
Will the Locum Physician be Required to Supervise Other Health Care Providers? APPs will support rounding and will need supervision; also supervise stress tests and cardiac rehab as needed
Patient Age Demographic: Adult
Documentation System/EMR: Epic
Credentialing Timeframe: ~90-120 days
Procedures Required: Echocardiography, Transesophageal Echocardiography, Electrical Cardioversions, Electrocardiograms (EKGs), Treadmill Stress Tests, Chemical Stress Tests

Schedule: Varied, MON-FRI 8AM-5PM
