Job summary

CompHealth is seeking a physician to deliver primary care in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. The role focuses on adults and involves 2 days per week with flexible scheduling, handling 15–22 patients daily depending on census.

This position includes housing and travel arrangements and comprehensive malpractice coverage through CompHealth. The provider will perform standard SNF primary care visits and participate in regulatory visits with MD oversight every other 60 days, with hospital

• 2 days per week -- flexible on days and hours, will increase over time

• Adults only -- open to internal medicine or family medicine
• Standard primary care skilled nursing visits required
