CompHealth is seeking a physician for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. The role supports two days per week initially, with potential to increase, handling 15–22 patients per day depending on SNF census.

Open to internal medicine or family medicine for adults only, with standard SNF procedures and MD-led regulatory visits every other 60 days. Hospital privileges are required; minimum 1 year of locums or temp-to-perm commitment. Housing and travel are arranged.
