Job summary

CompHealth helps clinicians find locum tenens assignments and handles credentialing, housing, travel, and malpractice coverage so you can focus on patient care.

Assignments include daily ICU and med/surg rounds for patients 15+, with preferred skills in central lines, arterial lines, and invasive procedures. ACLS/BLS and board certification are required, with full support from your specialized recruiter.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
• Board certification in the relevant specialty is required.
• Preferred skills include central/arterial lines and invasive procedures.
• ICU and med/surg rounds experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Daily rounds in ICU and med/surg wards.
• Admissions including from the ER.
• Provide care to patients aged 15 and older.
• Perform procedures as listed in qualifications.

• Average census of 15 - 18 patients
• Daily rounds in ICU and med/surg wards required
• Patients ages 15 and older
• Preferred skills: central lines, arterial lines, thoracentesis, paracentesis
• Preferred skills also include lumbar punctures and skin biopsies
• Admissions including from the ER
• ACLS and BLS certification required
• Board certification required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
