Job summary

CompHealth is seeking a gastroenterologist for locum tenens coverage in Nebraska. The role includes inpatient and outpatient coverage with 24/7 ED call and two half-day outpatient clinics (Mon & Tue).

Expect 5–10 outpatient patients daily on clinic days and five or fewer inpatient patients daily; procedures include ERCP, EUS, endoscopy with biopsy, and GI bleeds.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient gastroenterology coverage.
• Perform ERCP, EUS, and endoscopic biopsies as needed.
• Manage GI bleeds and related procedures in a hospital setting.
