Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare in Richland, WA seeks an inpatient cardiology specialist for 7 on/7 off shifts. Expect rounding and phone consults with ICU-level care, including echocardiography/TEE and nuclear cardiology duties. Travel and housing expenses are prepaid, with malpractice coverage provided.

Assignment details include time entry in an online portal and ongoing support from Weatherby consultants.

Qualifications

• ICU experience required.
• Inpatient cardiology rounding and phone consults.
• Echocardiography and TEE required.
• Nuclear cardiology experience required (Cardiolyte, thallium).
• Ongoing coverage; 2 weeks per month.

Responsibilities

• Rounding and phone consults for inpatient cardiology.
• ICU level care for cardiology patients.
• Perform echocardiography and TEE as required.
• Nuclear cardiology work including Cardiolite and thallium.
• Coordinate with Weatherby to manage assignments and time entry.

Job description

• 7 days on / 7 days off -- 7 am - 7 pm with night call after shift
• Guaranteed 12 hours per day
• 5 - 10 patients per shift
• Inpatient cardiology -- rounding and phone consults required
• ICU experience required
• Echocardiography and TEE required
• Nuclear cardiology required -- Cardiolyte, thallium, etc.
• Ongoing coverage -- 2 weeks per month
