Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a physician to provide locum tenens coverage in a hospital setting in Indiana (Elkhart). The assignment involves two weeks per month of ongoing coverage, seeing 20–25 patients per day, with Echo and stress EKG required.

Weatherby offers prepaid travel and housing, plus malpractice insurance and 24/7 consultant access. Assignments are managed through an online portal; Weatherby is a charter member of NALTO.

Qualifications

• Hospital setting experience preferred.
• Experience with Echo and stress EKG beneficial.
• Two weeks per month ongoing coverage.
• Manage 20–25 patients per day.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospital-based coverage for scheduled shifts.
• Perform echocardiography and stress EKG assessments as applicable.
• Coordinate patient care within the hospital and with consulting teams.
