Job summary

CompHealth in Virginia is sourcing anesthesiologists for locum assignments from single days to multi-year terms. Schedules include M-F shifts of 7am-3pm, 7am-5pm, or 7am-7pm based on team needs, with weeknight and weekend call coverage required.

Assignments cover adult general anesthesia, pediatric cases, with cardiac cath and EP lab exposure, spinal/epidural and regional techniques. Housing and travel are arranged, malpractice coverage is provided, credentialing is streamlined, and your

Qualifications

• Experience providing general anesthesia for adults
• Pediatric anesthesia experience preferred
• Cardiac cath lab and EP lab coverage required
• Spinal, epidural, regional, and obstetric anesthesia capabilities
• Central and arterial line insertion required
• Flexible schedule with minimum 2 weeks per month
• Weeknight and/or weekend call coverage required
• Experience with complex vascular cases excluding open heart
