Job summary

Global Medical Staffing is recruiting a Locum Tenens Pediatric Anesthesiologist for a Marshfield, WI facility. The role covers 10-hour day shifts with 24-hour call and an overnight beeper call, requiring a 15-minute response.

You will treat pediatric and adult anesthesia cases, including MAC, general anesthesia, intubations and A-line placement. ACLS, BLS and PALS are required; pre-paid travel and housing are provided, with malpractice coverage and licensing assistance available.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin medical license or eligibility.
• Board-certified in Anesthesiology.
• Experience with pediatric and adult anesthesia cases.
• Willingness to travel and cover 10-hour shifts and 24-hour call.
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric and adult anesthesia care.
• Respond to calls within 15 minutes.
• Manage MAC, general anesthesia, intubations and A-line placement.
• Airway management in codes as needed.
• ADL/documentation in appropriate EHR.
