ATC Healthcare Northwest is seeking a Locum Tenens Optometrist for a 13-week assignment at correctional healthcare facilities in Madras and Ontario, Oregon. This role offers competitive hourly compensation and serves an underserved patient population.

Qualifications

• OD degree from accredited program.
• Active Oregon optometry license or eligibility before start.
• Previous clinical optometry experience required.
• Correctional healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a structured correctional healthcare environment.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive eye examinations and vision screenings.
• Diagnose and manage eye conditions.
• Prescribe lenses and medications as appropriate within licensure.
• Develop treatment plans and follow-up care.
