Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare in Georgia is actively seeking a physician staffing professional for call-only coverage, including inpatient consults and admissions with both surgical and non-surgical procedures. Laser procedures (anterior segment and YAG) and B-scan ultrasound are required, with one week of call per month and 24-hour consultant access.

Responsibilities

• One week of call per month; exact schedule TBD.
• 10 - 20 patients seen per 24-hour call period.
• Inpatient consults and admissions -- call-only coverage.
• Surgical and non-surgical procedures required.
• Laser procedures required -- anterior segment and YAG.
• Ruptured globe repair and eyelid laceration repair required.
• B-scan ultrasound performance required.
• Leave coverage.
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses.
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal.
