Job summary

CompHealth is seeking a hematology/oncology trained provider for inpatient assignments in Marshfield, Wisconsin. This locum role covers leukemia and chemotherapy patients, with 9-hour shifts and on-call every 1:4 weeks.

We arrange housing and travel, provide comprehensive malpractice coverage, and streamline credentialing. A dedicated recruiter will manage every detail, offering access to our nationwide network for optimal assignments.

Qualifications

• Hematology/oncology trained required
• Experience with bone marrow biopsy helpful
• Inpatient cancer care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient hematology/oncology care for acute leukemia and chemo patients
• Post autologous stem cell transplant and post CAR-T patient care
• Bone marrow biopsies performed on site
• Manage call schedule (1:4 weekly) and coordinate patient care

• Mon - Fri, 8 am - 5 pm -- 9hr shift with 1hr lunch
• 1:4 weekly hospital call -- Friday 0730 to Friday 0730
• 15 patients per shift
• Inpatient hematology/oncology -- acute leukemia and chemo patients
• Post Autologous Stem Cell Transplant and post CAR-T patient care
• Bone marrow biopsies required
• Hematology/oncology trained required -- not medical oncology only
• Radiation oncology services available on site
