CompHealth offers locum tenens opportunities to help clinics fill hematology/oncology needs in Massachusetts. We handle credentialing, housing, travel, and malpractice coverage to simplify the process, so clinicians can focus on patient care.

Shifts are 4 days per week with 10-hour days in an outpatient setting, with potential inpatient rounding. Rates range and are all-inclusive, reflecting base pay plus overtime, call, and holiday pay.

• Monday - Friday, 4 days per week -- 10-hour shifts
• Clinic hours 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
• Outpatient setting -- may include inpatient rounding on clinic days
• General hematology oncology -- primarily adult patient population
• Very light outpatient call -- phone consults only, shared among 12+ physicians
• Bone marrow biopsy and aspirate procedures preferred -- not required
• Ongoing coverage potential -- strong extension likelihood
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
• Your specialized recruiter takes care of every detail

From $375.00 to $500.00 Hourly
Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
