Job summary

CompHealth is seeking an obstetrician-gynecologist to provide inpatient and outpatient rounding with high-risk pregnancy care in a hospital setting. The role includes routine vaginal deliveries, C-sections, and laparoscopic procedures, with strong emphasis on patient safety and efficiency.

Expect a support-rich environment with a high-volume practice, 2nd call backup, and quick response times. Board-certified physicians with experience in FHR interpretation are preferred.

Qualifications

• Board certification required.
• Routine vaginal delivery, C-section, and laparoscopic procedures performed.
• High risk pregnancy and FHR interpretation preferred.
• Inpatient and outpatient rounding performed.
• Approximately 300 deliveries per year.

Responsibilities

• Rounding both inpatient and outpatient.
• 2nd call/backup with 30-minute call response time required.
• 1 - 2 phone consults and admissions per 24 hours.
