A healthcare recruitment firm is seeking candidates for an on-site role providing exceptional patient care in gynecologic oncology. This position offers the chance to develop individualized treatment plans and work closely with physicians in a collaborative team. Ideal candidates should hold an Associate degree in Nursing and have NP or PA licensure, with experience in Gynecologic Oncology preferred. This role consists of a 4-day work week, with additional weekend call requirements. Paid travel and expenses are included.

• Ambulatory clinic appointments and inpatient rounding.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions.
• Provide care including pelvic exams, vulvar and endometrial biopsies and wound care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures under supervision
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Provide education and support to patients and their families
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions

Requirements

• Associate degree in Nursing or related field
• Current NP or PA licensure in the state of practice
• Experience in Gynecologic Oncology or related specialty preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills

Schedule: 4 days per week, 8a-5p

Call Requirement: 1 weekend per month

Patient Census: 15-18 per day

Duties: Ambulatory clinic appointments and inpatient rounding

Must be comfortable with pelvic exams, vulvar biopsies, endometrial biopsies, and basic wound care

Support Staff: Gyn Onc physician

EMR: Epic
