Job summary
AMN Healthcare is seeking a Non-Invasive Cardiology Physician for locum tenens support in Mankato, Minnesota. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. with weeknight and weekend on-call; practice includes inpatient and outpatient care.
Required certifications include General Cardiology and Echocardiography, plus ACLS/BLS; state medical license preferred. Epic is used as the EMR; malpractice insurance is arranged by AMN. Competitive pay and travel arrangements are provided.
Qualifications
- Board Certification in General Cardiology is required.
- Echocardiography Board Certification is required.
- ACLS and BLS certifications required.
Responsibilities
- Provide in- and out-patient non-invasive cardiology care.
- Perform and interpret echocardiograms including transesophageal echocardiography.
- Coordinate care with hospital staff during inpatient rounds and on-call periods.
