Job summary

IMP Locum Tenens, LLC seeks a Locum Tenens Cardiologist to cover hospital cardiology services in Gettysburg, PA. The role includes inpatient/outpatient catheterization, STEMI on-call, and TEE procedures with about 15 consults and 3 procedures daily.

Requirements include board certification/eligibility in interventional cardiology, PA license or LOQ, DEA, and NPDB self-query within 6 months. EPIC is the EMR system used.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Cardiology.
• Active Pennsylvania license or IMLC LOQ in hand.
• DEA required.
• CV on file or provided.
• Provider questionnaire.
• NPDB self-query within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Hospital cardiology consultations.
• Inpatient and outpatient cardiac catheterization procedures.
• STEMI call coverage.
• TEE procedures.
• Echocardiography interpretation.
• Cardiac window procedures.
• Average of 15 consults per day.
• Average of 3 procedures per day.
