The position emphasizes on-site weekday coverage and on-call shifts, with emphasis on high-quality patient care and adherence to state licensing requirements.

Qualificações

• Board certification in cardiology or interventional cardiology.
• BLS/ACLS certification.
• Active Virginia medical license with clean malpractice history.
• Self-Query NPDB report submission is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Balloon angioplasties and PCI procedures performed on-site.
• Heart catheterization and coronary angiograms conducted as needed.
• Management of vascular disease with medical therapy and interventions.
• Carotid artery stenting and atherectomy when indicated.
• On-site scheduling and on-call responsibilities as outlined.
