Job summary

Aya Locums is seeking an immediate locum General Dentist in Frostburg, MD for a one-week assignment. The position offers 9-hour days from 08:00 to 17:00 in an outpatient clinic with a pay range of $100–$125 per hour.

Ideal candidates hold a DDS or DMD from an accredited school, possess an active Maryland license and current BLS certification, and have at least one year of dental practice experience. This assignment includes travel and lodging support.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active Maryland dental license.
• Current BLS certification.
• At least 1 year of dental practice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments and diagnose dental conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Perform procedures including fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns and bridges.
• Provide preventive care and patient education.
• Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as needed.
• Collaborate with dental team and maintain records.
