Aya Locums in Pasco, WA is seeking a General Dentist for a locum assignment. The 3-week engagement features a 9-hour shift from 08:00 to 17:00 with compensation of $100–$125 per hour. The role requires a DDS/DMD and an active WA license to deliver high-quality patient care.

The dentist will perform comprehensive exams, craft treatment plans, and work with a dental team to manage patient care. Washington licensure and BLS are required; Aya provides travel and housing support for locum tenens

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active and unrestricted Washington dental license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Locum tenens experience a plus.
• Must meet state regulations for practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments and diagnose dental conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Perform a variety of dental procedures including fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns and bridges.
• Provide preventive care and patient education.
• Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as needed.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants.
• Maintain accurate dental records.
