Aya Locums is actively seeking a Gastroenterologist to cover a locum tenens assignment in Littleton, NH. This physician position requires board certification, NH license, and at least one year of gastroenterology experience.

The 13-week assignment features scheduled 10-hour shifts from 08:00 to 17:00, with no on-call requirements and competitive hourly pay. The role is based in a Critical Access facility, with travel and licensing support available through Aya Locums.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• ACGME internal medicine residency or AOA equivalent.
• Gastroenterology fellowship may be preferred.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and treat digestive disorders in adults (and possibly children).
• Perform and interpret diagnostic tests (endoscopies, imaging, labs).
• Develop and implement treatment plans.
• Manage chronic digestive conditions and provide ongoing care.
• Collaborate with surgeons, radiologists, and specialists as needed.
• Educate patients on digestive health and prevention.
• Maintain accurate medical records and stay current with advancements.
