Job summary

Aya Locums has an immediate opening for a locum Emergency Medicine physician in Eustis, FL, with a pay range of $295–$305 per hour. The assignment runs for 13 weeks starting 01-04-27, with a standard 5×8-hour night shift (19:00–07:00) and no-call requirements.

The facility is an Acute Care Hospital. Applicants should be board-certified in EM/IM/FM, hold an active Florida license, and have at least one year of ED experience.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in emergency, internal, or family medicine per ABEM/ABIM/ABFM/AOA.
• Active Florida medical license.
• 1 year of ED experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and comprehensive medical care in the ED.
• Perform emergency procedures such as suturing and wound care.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests to guide treatment.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for acute emergencies.
• Document care accurately in the medical record.
