Job summary

Quid, Inc. is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist in Blackburn to conduct community-based assessments and provide interventions that enhance individual well-being and independence. Qualifications

• Proven experience working within a local authority/community setting.
• Strong knowledge of minor and major adaptations and manual handling assessments.
• Ability to manage a community caseload.

Responsibilities

• Undertake community-based Occupational Therapy assessments.
• Identify needs and recommend equipment.
• Plan and facilitate home adaptations and maintain accurate case records.
