You will perform a full range of cardiac services, including EKGs, echocardiography, stress testing, and catheterization as available, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Board certification and prior cardiology experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Residency in internal medicine (ACGME or AOA).
• Cardiology fellowship may be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive cardiac care in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Perform diagnostic tests such as EKGs, echocardiograms, and stress tests.
• Interpret tests and develop treatment plans for cardiovascular conditions.
• Perform catheterization and interventional procedures as allowed.
• Educate patients on heart disease prevention and lifestyle changes.
• Collaborate with nurses, surgeons, and specialists for coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and stay current with cardiology advances.
