Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Treat a mixed patient population across gender, age and ethnicity.
• Examine patients to determine general physical condition and perform exams.
• Order tests, analyses, and diagnostic imaging as needed.
• Diagnose conditions and prescribe or recommend treatments.
• Provide patient education on diet, hygiene and prevention of disease.
• Document findings in the electronic chart and maintain records.
• Participate in provider meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
