Job summary

CHAS Health seeks an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to provide primary medical services across clinics. You will examine patients, perform procedures, prescribe medications, immunize, and coordinate care with specialists in a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Master's ARNP degree and state licensure required.
• Secure narcotic prescription privileges.
• Board Certified or Eligible.

Responsibilities

• Examine patient to determine general health and perform examinations.
• Prescribe or recommend treatments, and order tests or imaging.
• Immunize patients and refer to specialists as needed.
• Advise on diet, hygiene and disease prevention.
• Document findings and care plans in the electronic chart.
• Report births, deaths or outbreaks to authorities.
• Participate in staff meetings and quality initiatives.
• Support CHAS Health mission and values.
