CHAS Health is seeking an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to provide primary medical services across clinic sites. You will perform examinations, order diagnostics, prescribe treatments, and manage patient care with a focus on accessibility and quality.

The role requires state licensure, ARNP certification, and prescriptive authority. You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to improve community health outcomes and participate in ongoing quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Masters-level ARNP education from an accredited program.
• Valid licensure in state of practice.
• Narcotic prescription privileges required.
• Board Certification or Eligible.

Responsabilités

• Treats a mixed patient population across gender, age and ethnicity.
• Performs physical exams, minor procedures, and preventive health measures.
• Orders tests and diagnostics; analyzes results to guide care.
• Prescribes drugs or other therapies and coordinates care plans.
• Immunizations and vaccinations as appropriate; referrals to specialists.
• Advices patients on diet, hygiene, and disease prevention.
• Documents findings and plans in electronic health records; ensures accuracy.
• Participates in meetings, peer reviews, and quality initiatives.
