The role emphasizes teamwork, safety adherence, and hands-on learning across engineering and business disciplines. Completion of two or three years of BS study required; GPA 2.8+ preferred.

Qualifications

• Completed second or third year of studies toward a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Business.
• Minimum cumulative GPA 2.8/4.0.

Responsibilities

• Locomotive product cost: Helping drive product cost initiatives by working with supply chain, engineering, and manufacturing.
• Business reporting: Create efficient reporting methods for monthly business updates.
• Engineering process: Updating engineering process documentation.
• Locomotive design: Exposure to the overall locomotive design process.
