Job summary

Impact Workforce Solutions in Muncie, IN, is seeking an Electrical Assembler to join the manufacturing team for Progress Rail. You will install components and route wires, reading blueprints and standards, while maintaining 5S in a safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

  • Ability to read a tape measure and interpret schematics/blueprints.
  • Comfort with hand and power tools and industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Install large components and sub-assemblies into electrical compartments.
  • Route wires and cables to correct components and terminate cables.
  • Follow process sheets and quality gate requirements; verify calibration and torque to standards.
  • Keep work area organized to 5S standards and support a clean, safe workplace.
  • Assist with training others and share best practices.
