Job summary

Alstom in Los Angeles is seeking a Loco Shop Supervisor to lead skilled teams in locomotive maintenance, reliability, safety, and continuous improvement. You will oversee daily maintenance operations, coordinate cross-functional workflow, and champion Lean methodologies to optimize performance.

You'll work with Maximo or SAP PM, interpret technical drawings, mentor workshop staff, and drive on-time delivery of maintenance schedules while reducing downtime and improving reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience applying Lean or Six Sigma to improve operations.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and maintenance docs.
• Strong safety leadership and mentoring in a workshop.
• Proficiency with CMMS tools such as Maximo or SAP PM.

Base salary range: $75,000 - $100,000
