Job summary

1 Stone Solutions, a Marsden Holding Company, is seeking a Locksmith Helper to perform key and lock work on district buildings. You will work on Best cores, door hardware, and related maintenance tasks in offices, shops, and campuses, with a focus on safety and high quality customer service.

The job requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and at least two years of locksmith experience; bilingual abilities are a plus. Monday–Friday hours and weekly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Driver License is required.
• 2 years of Locksmith experience preferred.
• Experience with public school districts or colleges/universities preferred.
• Bilingual is advantageous.
• 1 Year Knowledge of Best/SFIC Core assembly.

Responsibilities

• Completes the District's Keys and Lock work orders as assigned.
• Completes Weekly State door audits as assigned.
• Build and install Best cores to fit the needs of Campus Administration.
• Install and adjust Door closures and Panic devices as needed.
• Install appropriate door signage as assigned by Department lead.
• Collaborates closely with the Locksmith Lead regarding routine maintenance as well as preventive maintenance.
• Demonstrates quality customer service daily and is committed to working safely at all times.
• May be assigned 1-2 helpers by the Department Lead to assist with completing work order assignments.
• Uses work order system to communicate and process tasks till completion.
• Gathers materials and tools necessary to complete work orders.
